Our Bad Experiences
The location was so strategic. Near to Chiwalk and a lot of shops.
I booked for 2 rooms and 4 nights stay. Unfortunately 2 days we all sleeping like in sauna room. So hot because of our room air-conditioning problem. Cannot change the room because its fully booked. I just wonder why they upgraded my room from standard to suite room. I didn't ask for that. So,we got both room 301 and 401 with the same problems. They give us a receipt with rp4000 refund but when we check out,they didn't give anything but only our 50k rupiah deposit. This our 4th time stayed here but our 1st time nightmare. So there is no more stayed here in Green Batara Hotel. Thanks to the hotel staff who helped us a lot.
